Family Owned and Operated
TVR is family owned and operated by Amy Gaster and Carrie Efird, two sisters who grew up on Tybee and in Savannah, and currently live on the island.  Amy is the President and managing partner of the company today.

Growing Business
TVR was founded in the fall of 2000 as a small, local family business with a handful of properties and no employees.  TVR has grown to be one of the largest, and most well respected vacation rental companies on Tybee. From day one we’ve been committed to providing superior service, and to exceeding industry trends and standards. We have used our creativity and experience for innovation in a field that was nearly nonexistent on Tybee when we began our company. We continue to refine our rental program and improve our systems in order to meet the changing needs of our homeowners and guests.

About our Properties
TVR offers travelers a choice of 120 fully furnished vacation rentals (condos, cottages and homes) on Tybee Island, Georgia. TVR provides their guests an assortment of vacation rentals to choose from in all island locations, from luxury to budget-friendly, ordinary to extraordinary, traditional to modern. TVR properties range from 1-6 Bedrooms and can accommodate from 1 to 16 people. TVR properties offer a variety of popular amenities such as pools, hot tubs, hi speed internet, cable TV, comfortable furnishings, well stocked kitchens, and even pet friendly properties are available. TVR has a vacation rental that will meet each guest’s needs.

Value of Vacation Rentals
When renting a vacation rental from TVR guests experience greater benefits and more value than a traditional hotel stay. TVR properties offer more space, privacy, and amenities than even some of the highest quality resorts. Vacation rentals offer families the ability to spread out and come together and are a great choice for multi-generational vacations, family reunions and even a couple’s getaway.

Flexible Stays and Additional Services
TVR offers their guests flexible stays with only a two to three night minimum required in most properties. TVR operates an Information Center and Concierge Service providing guests with expert destination advice and assistance, plus a variety of other services such as free WIFI, notary, fax, copies, tour tickets, and more. In addition, 24 hour emergency call assistance is available to our guests.
