SEARCHING FOR A PROPERTY - Please contact our office by phone and one of our friendly reservation agents will be happy to make recommendations based on your vacation needs. On occasion our website may show little or no properties as available for your dates when there may be gaps in the calendar you can take advantage of, lower than the standard minimum days. Connect With An Agent By Phone Now 2. 24-48HR HOLDS - Once you have narrowed down your selection to the ideal home for your Tybee Island vacation, an agent will happily offer a complimentary 24-48hr hold if you need additional time to check with others you are traveling with. This will hold your dates so that no one else can reserve them while you decide. Each guest may hold no more than 1 property for a maximum of 48 hours. After your hold has expired your dates will be released and bookable on a first come, first serve basis. 3. RESERVING YOUR STAY - For Summer Vacations and Holiday Periods: Due to the popularity of these time periods we require a $100 non-refundable deposit to reserve dates between (Spring Break, Easter, May 15 - August 15, and Labor Day Weekend). This $100 deposit, which must be paid at time of reservation, will be applied toward the 50% initial payment which is due along with your signed rental agreement within 7 days of making your reservation. The balance is due 2 weeks before your arrival. If you choose to release your reservation for any reason, prior to paying your initial payment, you would forfeit this deposit. For Stays booked Within 30 days of Arrival: You are required to pay the total balance of your reservation at time of booking. We accept Visa and MasterCard. How To Reserve Your Stay Online: 1. SEARCHING FOR A PROPERTY - Search for an available property based upon the days you are looking to vacation on Tybee. You may also choose to narrow down the choices by searching by Number of Bedrooms, Number of Guests or these additional criteria:Price Category: You may select to search within a certain price category if you have a particular budget in mind. These price ranges are based upon a properties Peak season nightly rental rate without taxes and additional options and fees.2. COMPARE HOMES: Our website offers the capability to COMPARE UP TO 3 VACATION RENTALS side by side. To do this check the box labeled compare on the search page by 2 or 3 available properties. Then at the top of the page select Compare Homes. 3. VIEW PHOTOS AND DESCRIPTIONS: From the search page click on the property photo or description to view additional photos, read a detailed description, see available amenities, and view the availability chart. 4. RECEIVE A QUOTE OR BOOK ONLINE: Once you have selected the perfect vacation home for your trip you may click on the orange Book It Now button at the top and middle of each property page. On this page you will see the cost of your vacation rental including all taxes and fees. This will default to not include Travel Insurance, click here to see why you should purchase this coverage. * When booking online the total balance is due at time of booking for stays where your arrival date is LESS than 30 days away, otherwise your initial payment is only 50% of the total balance. SPECIAL OFFERS: To redeem a special offer please write the appropriate offer into the comment box on Step 2 of the booking page and we will edit your reservation to reflect the discount prior to calling you to confirm your reservation. NO reservations are final until we receive a signed copy of your Rental Agreement and have called to confirm. You will receive two emails automatically after you reserve a property - an Initial Booking Confirmation and your Rental Agreement.
