The first thing that impressed me was the service and understanding. The staff was very friendly and accommodating; even more than what you'd already expect from a region known for its friendliness and hospitality. The home has places to gather and comfortable places to spend quiet time. This is an ideal home for multiple generations of a family to stay... Tybee Vacation Rentals is a first rate company with friendly, professional people and they put extra effort and extra touches to make you feel welcome. This is a wonderful option for a vacation; you get the luxury of staying at home and the help and support of a concierge service.

We had been talking about Tybee for several years, and this was our year. We loved it! The cottage was cozy, quaint and very nice. The decor was beautiful and it made you feel so at home. The cottage was in a perfect location, good for walks to the beach and the back river, walking into town or just strolling the island. It was "cute as a button"! I recommend a visit and a stay on Tybee Island... We ran out of time before running out of things to do!

This is our 2nd year renting and next year will be our 3rd. As a former Outer Bank vacationer Tybee Island has less traffic, a slower pace and a friendly year around community. The house was a real jewel... Completely stocked and very homey. You will only need a beach towel and a swimsuit. Everything was within walking distance and bikes are a must which were very easy to rent from Tim's Beach Gear and delivered to the house. Tybee Vacation Rentals takes great care of you and the house was immaculate. My only regret is not living there year around." - Island Retreat

Great accommodations for a "girls" weekend - This house was perfect for the ten of us "Baby Boomers" who gathered there the last weekend in February. In addition to the five bedrooms, there were sofa beds in two separate areas, allowing us all to spread out and distance ourselves from the snorers..!! The huge kitchen with two sinks and two dishwashers had lots of counter space. The house was immaculately clean, with plenty of towels and linens provided. Due to the cold weather, we were not able to take advantage of the large upstairs porch or the hot tub. In fact, we liked the house so much, we have already booked it for the same weekend next year. I would not recommend this house for guests who plan to be noisy, as the adjacent houses are very close.

The house was BETTER than described. It had everything we needed plus more. The balconies were nice. The decor was very gorgeous and very comfortable. BEAUTIFUL house. "Thank you for the nice welcome to Tybee and the gift bag. The house was well maintained with a kitchen that was well supplied. The ping pong table was a big hit with the guys! The sandbox downstairs was a big hit with the 2 year old! The master bedroom was lovely with a marvelous view of the ocean. The IGA grocery was within easy walking distance as was the beach. This place was great. My husband and I joined five of our friends for an extended weekend to celebrate my 30th birthday. The accommodations were fantastic. We wanted a place that could easily house everyone comfortably and one with a kitchen, where we could cook a couple nights. Tybee is such a nice beach. We'll definitely be back! - Tybee Straits 17

"We rented this property through Tybee Vacation Rentals. They were WONDERFUL! We rented the property for the 2 nights before our wedding so that the family could all be together, and also, so that we could have a small gathering with closest friends and family after the wedding. The house was perfect for this. Everyone was extremely comfortable, and there was plenty of room. Our Guests were mostly on the large wrap around porch and in the huge, open living and kitchen area. The staff at Tybee Vacation Rentals even left us a bottle of Bubbly in the fridge upon our arival with a card of Congrats attached. Very special touches like that are almost unheard of anymore. The Staff at Tybee Rentals went above and beyond looking for just the right place to suit our needs and this was it. They even helped us find accomodations for our out of town wedding guests. "I rented this BrassRail unit 214 from March 1, 2008 thru April 16, 2009. The condo was more than enough room with the large living room to the big master bed room. The condo location almost as best as you can get. It is located just minutes from the main strip with all the gift shops. The main peir for fishing is at the end of the strip. All of this just minutes from your door. The BrassRail complex is very clean and well kept. The 2 swimming pools and hot tub is cleaned every morning. The complex is a gated comunity so you can feel safe during your stay at the BrassRail. I lived in a different condo complex located on the island before moving into the BrassRail. I will have to tell you that Brass Rail is a upscale condo. With my stay at BrassRail Unit 214. The Staff at Tybee Vacation Rentals are the best on the Island. Having rented with them for over a year and half the staff was always friendly. So, When you want a good vacation use Tybee Vacation rentals and Book your stay at the Brass Rail Unit 214." - Brass Rail 214

As always, Tybee Vacation Rentals was wonderful and this little cottage was a dream. The location is excellent for a quiet get away without being too far away and the privacy is exquisite. What a wonderful way to have a restful, pleasant, extraordinary vacation. The sand is white, the water is near and the beach is private, and the cottage is adorable and so special. “Despite the fact that I am a resident of Savannah, this property really made me feel like I was on vacation! The setting is absolutely wonderful. You are surrounded by water and fairly secluded. Our favorite part of the house was the huge screened porch. We had 2 days of rain and we could still enjoy ourselves without being locked up inside. The house only has 2 bedrooms but don't let that fool you. One of them was big enough for the whole family to be in and the open floor plan makes the whole house feel much larger. Every year my family travels to a new destination.. we always rent a home. This particular location was beautiful. A great space, lovely... not right on the beach but only a stone's throw from it. The actual home was clean, very nicely decorated and a great neighborhood. It was off season so the island was quiet, we could of stayed for a month it was so lovely. The outdoor decks and the widows peak were great for relaxing and having a drink, the kitchen and eating area are large so having dinners was super easy. Overall, it was really one of the best homes we've rented and the area is just fantastic. - Baywatch
