Keep in Mind:

Rate: The price listed is a monthly rate and is subject to change.
Furnished: All properties are offered fully furnished.
Pet Friendly Homes: Pet Friendly homes require a non-refundable pet fee.
Reservation Fee: There is a one-time $30 reservation fee.
Cleaning Fee: There will be a one-time cleaning fee added to each reservation. This is for cleaning the unit upon your departure and is different from our standard housekeeping fee. The fee includes linens and towels.
Additional Cleanings: Arrangements can be made for additional cleanings during your stay for an addedl fee.
Utilities: Utilities are included in the monthly rate. An electrical allowance applies.
Deposit: A security deposit is required. Deposits will be refunded within 30 days of check-out.
Payment: Rental must be paid by Check or Money Order.
