This family friendly cottage offers a great location for those visiting Tybee Island. Nestled on the backside of a large tree shaded lot which runs from Lovell Ave. to Butler. Beautiful sunrise view from your deck over the trees. Also, you are just a short stroll to the beach - just cross over Butler and you are just one block to the beach!

The cottage is cute and very comfortable - a great place to get away with the family! There is a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with table seating for 4 and a dining area that seats 8 at the table and 3 bar stools. The dining area opens onto a nicely sized living room with high ceilings and lots of windows which overlooks the large backyard. Walk out the backdoor onto the deck which offers a table seating 6, additional built-in bench seating. There is a gas grill perfect for cookouts and an enclosed outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The back yard is partially fenced on three sides.

The cottage offers a split bedroom plan with a jack and jill bath connecting each bedroom. The bathrooms offer walk-in showers. Each of the bedrooms are accessed from the dining area or through the adjacent baths. One bedroom is a King with TV which connects through a bath to a room furnished with 3 Twins. There is also a room furnished with a Queen and Twin which connects through the bath to a room furnished with a Queen.

This home is Pet Friendly and includes Wireless Internet access for guests. Parking is available for 3 vehicles.

Please Note: Handicap friendly (Ground level - only 2 steps up, single floor, not ADA compliant). While the backyard is fenced smaller dogs may be able to escape as it is a picket fence. The home is located next to to our hometown grocery store so stroll right over to pick up an necessities.
