Offseason Monthly Rentals

Many of Tybee Vacation Rentals homes, cottages, and condos on Tybee Island are available for monthly rentals in the off-season for reduced rates - Typically between the months of November - February you can stay monthly for as much as 50% off the regular rate. If you are interested in finding out how to "live like a local" give our office a call for more information. This is a great option for relocatees to the Savannah area or snowbirds looking for a winter retreat.


1 Bedrooms - Starting at $700/monthly
2 Bedrooms - Starting at $975/monthly
3 Bedrooms - Starting at $1,400/monthly
4 Bedrooms - Starting at $1,600/monthly


 




Keep in Mind...
Rate: Additional months beyond November - February may be available. Rentals 90 days or less are considered short term vacation rentals and are subject to tax.
Furnished: All properties are offered fully furnished.
Pet Friendly Homes: Pet Friendly homes require a non-refundable pet fee. The amount varies by number and types of pets and length on stay.
Reservation Fee: There is a one-time $50 reservation fee.
Cleaning Fee: There will be a one-time cleaning fee added to each reservation. This is for cleaning the unit upon your departure and is different from our standard housekeeping fee. The fee includes only includes linens and towels for stays less than 90 days in length. Additional cleaning services like touch-up and weekly or monthly cleaning are available for a charge.
Utilities: Utilities are included in the monthly rate. An electrical allowance applies.
Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required. Deposits will be refunded within 30 days of check-out.
No Smoking: ALL TVR properties are strictly non-smoking.
Payment: Rentals must be paid by Check or Money Order.
Parking: Tybee Island is a Pay to Park community year-around. If you are staying for an extended period you may want to considered purchasing a yearly parking decal from the City of Tybee Island. A 1-year pass costs $125. Your rental will include free off-street parking, the number of spaces varies by property.
