How To Reserve

Discover how easy it is to plan the perfect vacation to Tybee Island!  Book your stay Online using our secure website or call our experienced Vacation Planners to help guide you to the perfect vacation home.  Our Agents are available seven (7) days a week, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, for questions and assistance. 

HOW TO RESERVE YOUR STAY WITH A VACATION PLANNER:

1. Searching for a Property

Please contact our office by phone and one of our friendly Vacation Planners will be happy to make recommendations based on your vacation needs.  On occasion, our website may show little or no properties as available for your dates when there may actually be gaps in the calendar you can take advantage of that are lower than the standard minimum days.  Also, for last minute reservations (within 48 hours of arrival) please call to reserve a property and our vacation planners can walk you through your available options. 

2. Reserving your Stay

Planning a return trip is now easier on the wallet and you get the best selection of properties.  Tybee Vacation Rentals (TVR) offers repeat guest benefits like special unadvertised discounts, first opportunity to re-book their favorite property for the following year, and a flexible payment plan.

TVR is pleased to offer all guests who book with us either over the phone or on our website a special payment plan.  If your vacation dates are more than six (6) months away, we only require an Initial Payment of $175 (*plus Optional Travel Insurance if you accept it).  The Second Payment (50% Rent + Tax) would not be due until 150 Days in Advance of Arrival and the Final Payment is due 15 Days Prior to Arrival. 

If you choose to release your reservation for any reason after securing your reservation, but prior to making your Second Payment, you would forfeit the initial $175 payment as that is equal to the amount of your cancellation fee.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Amex.  You may also pay by ACH/Electronic Check or Personal Check (US Only) prior to 14 days before arrival.  Reservations made within 15 days of arrival require full payment at time of booking. 

HOW TO RESERVE YOUR STAY ONLINE:

Our  website offers many search features to help you find the perfect vacation rental.  From the home page you can start your initial search by choosing Arrival Date, Departure Date, Bedrooms, Sleeps (Occupancy), or Location.

1. Searching for a Property

Search for an available property based upon the days you are looking to vacation on Tybee.  You may also choose to narrow down the choices by searching by Number of Bedrooms, Number of Guests or additional filters like your budget.  After searching for your dates you will find the additional options under "Show Filters" and search results will update the available properties to only show those with the amenities you have selected. 

2. View Photos and Descriptions

From the search page click on the property photo, property name, or "Property Details" button to view additional photos, read a detailed description, see available amenities, and view the availability calendar.  

3. Receive a Quote or Book Online

Once you have selected the perfect vacation home for your trip and selected your vacation dates you may click on the pink Book Now button at the top right of each property page.  On this page, you will see the cost of your vacation rental including all taxes and fees. This will default to include Travel Insurance, which is optional, click here to see why you should purchase this coverage. If you wish to decline this option choose "No" and select "Update Price and Totals". 

* When booking online the total balance is due at time of booking for stays where your arrival date is within 15 days, otherwise your initial payment is only $175.00.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Amex.  

4. Special Offers

To redeem a special offer please make sure the correct code is entered box labeled "Coupon Code" and choose apply.  The invoice will update with the offered discount if the allowable parameters are met.  If you have any questions, concerns, or comments please make sure to include them in the "Comments and Special Request" box on the checkout page and we will discuss these with you when calling you to confirm your reservation.
 
5. Signed Rental Agreement

NO reservations are final until we receive a signed copy of your Rental Agreement and have spoken to you on the phone to confirm your reservation. You will receive a Reservation Confirmation/Receipt email automatically after you reserve a property.  Within 24 hours you will receive a second email inviting you to review and sign your Rental Agreement electronically.  You have three (3) days to sign the Rental Agreement and return it back to us.  Reservations arriving within 15 days must sign their Rental Agreement within 24 hours.
