This tour will allow you to discover Savannah's City Hall history, architecture and art while learning about the City Government. City Hall was opened on January 2, 1906 and has served continuously in this role since that date. The copper-domed City Hall, with its four clock faces, sits high above the Savannah River, a very prominent feature of the Savannah skyline. It was opened on January 2, 1906 and has served continuously in this role since that date. It was designed by Savannah architect Hyman W.
