This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood. It is a great place to relax and unwind as it is right on the marsh and has an in-ground swimming pool to soak your cares away. Watch the creek flow and the marsh-grass grow, cast a line in the creek and take in the fresh marsh air.

This lovely home is located in a very quiet, residential neighborhood on Tybee's Horsepen Creek, which is a waterway tucked away from the more crowded beach neighborhoods. The home welcomes you with a coastal, casual style. The large living spaces have everything you need to make this house your home. The open floor plan living area is furnished with comfortable sofas and a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The kitchen is open to the dining area that has seating for 8 at the table. The kitchen is fully equipped and features all stainless appliances and has a breakfast bar with seating for 2.

The Master bedroom retreat offers views of the creek and marsh outside through the large windows. Inside, the bedroom is furnished with a Queen size bed and has a flat-screen TV. The spa-like master bathroom includes a whirlpool tub and separate walk-in shower and his and hers sinks. The first guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen size bed, and the second guest bedroom has a twin over double bunk bed. The shared guest bathroom in the hall has a tub and shower combination.

Enjoy the marsh breeze from the screened-in second level porch. This is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. The back of the home has a beautiful shimmering blue pool and a patio area to soak up the Tybee sun. Enjoy entertaining at covered outdoor patio complete with a charcoal grill, picnic table, outdoor bar area with corn-hole boards, and half bath. Great for cookouts while enjoying the pool! There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

This quiet neighborhood is located about 1 mile away from the Tybee Island Light Station and museum, and North Beach public beach access. Bike rentals and golf cart rentals are just a few blocks away on Hwy 80. This home has WiFi Access and parking for 2 vehicles.
