Guests are welcomed to the home through the front screened porch. This is the perfect place to enjoy the fresh Tybee air! The main level (second floor) of the home has an open great room with a decorative fireplace and a 55-inch flat-screen TV. Entertain and delight guests in the open kitchen, featuring a breakfast bar with 4 stools and a large dining table that seats eight. Just off the kitchen is an outdoor grilling porch that has a charcoal grill... perfect for use while entertaining. On this level, there are three guest bedrooms. There is a Jack-n-Jill bathroom with double vanities adjoining two of the guest rooms. The first bedroom has 2 twin beds and a 23-inch flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has a King bed and a 32-inch flat-screen TV. There is an additional half-bath in the hallway, elevator access, and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. The sun porch is furnished as a bedroom with a daybed and twin trundle. There are room-darkening curtains to maintain privacy in this space. This is a great space for a kids' room or reading, relaxing, and entertaining with one of the many board games which the owners have left for guests to use.
The top level of the home has 2 primary bedrooms. The first, has a Queen Bed, 32-inch flat-screen TV, and an attached full bathroom for privacy. Across the landing is the primary Suite. This large primary suite has a King size bed, a 55-inch TV with Apple TV, and an attached screened porch with a daybed swing with views down the lane of the bay. The primary Bath is as luxurious as it is spacious! The bath features a large stone-tiled walk-in shower, a separate tub with dual vanities, and a separate water closet.
The ground floor of the home offers guests ease of access with a service elevator and interior stairs to the main living area. The ground level has a great covered patio. Here you can enjoy the hot tub and outdoor dining at the picnic table. There is a fire pit with seating around it for nighttime entertaining, and the outdoor shower runs hot and cold water to rinse off after a day at the beach! The home has a gas grill, Ping Pong table and custom cornhole set for outdoor entertaining. There is ample parking for four vehicles, including garage parking for 2. This home is pet-friendly, with an additional fee. This is a beautiful home, meticulously decorated, and comfortably furnished to welcome you home away from home!
The beach area on the North end is a very natural beach setting, tranquil and serene. This is where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. A soft sand path will lead you to the beautiful white sand beach. Spend your days watching large ships travel up the channel, watch birds galore, and glimpse dolphins at play in their natural environment.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. This was the best stocked rental I have ever stayed in! Very nice house with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The beach was an easy walk through the dunes and having private beach access was a game changer. The north beach area was incredibly less crowded than other areas. It was a perfect spot for my children to play!
